1. Who we are

This website (arnodiqa.com) is operated by GoTrust bv, Morelgem 24b, 9520 Vlierzele (Sint-Lievens-Houtem), Belgium, enterprise number 1037.576.138, VAT BE1037.576.138, RPR Gent, afdeling Oudenaarde (Register of Legal Entities), e-mail info@arnodiqa.com (art. III.74 and XII.6 Belgian Code of Economic Law; art. 2:20 Belgian Code of Companies and Associations).

2. Application

2.1 These terms apply to the use of the website, and the downloads on it.

2.2 The Software itself is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA). A purchase is governed by the General Terms of Sale. Those documents are available on the website, where every version can be downloaded, saved and printed. In the event of a conflict, they prevail over these terms of use.

2.3 The offering on the website is aimed at businesses, for their professional activity.

2.4 Capitalised terms, such as Evaluation Licence, Licence File and Major Version, have the meaning given in the EULA.

3. Downloads

3.1 The installation files of the Software can be downloaded freely. Anyone who installs the Software must accept the EULA. Without a valid Licence File, the Software does not work with full functionality.

3.2 With each download, GoTrust publishes checksums and a digital signature. Please verify them before installation.

3.3 Automated mass downloading of installation files in a way that burdens the operation of the website is not allowed.

4. Evaluation request

4.1 A business can request a free 30-day Evaluation Licence by e-mail to sales@arnodiqa.com or via the contact form (art. 4.5 EULA).

4.2 The requester provides correct information, acts on behalf of the business it names and uses an e-mail address of that business.

4.3 GoTrust may refuse a request (a) if the delivery would breach export or sanctions rules, (b) if the requester is not a business, or (c) if the same business already received an Evaluation Licence for the same Major Version in the past 12 months. GoTrust communicates the refusal and the reason, unless the law prohibits this.

4.4 The privacy statement explains which data GoTrust processes for a request and why.

5. Content and intellectual property

5.1 The texts, images, documentation and other content of the website belong to GoTrust or its licensors.

5.2 You may view, print, save for your own use, quote with acknowledgement of the source and link to the content. Any other distribution, or commercial reuse of an entire page or of the documentation, requires GoTrust's written consent.

5.3 Names of third-party products and technologies, such as CAPL, CANoe and CANalyzer (trademarks of Vector Informatik GmbH), are used on the website only descriptively, to indicate compatibility. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. GoTrust bv is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these companies.

6. Accuracy of information

6.1 GoTrust takes care that the information on the website is accurate and up to date. Technical data, prices and availability may change.

6.2 For a purchase, the Quotation and the Contract Documents apply, not the general information on the website.

7. Links

Links to third-party websites are a service to visitors. GoTrust does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content.

8. Website security

8.1 You may not use the website to spread malware, circumvent its security or disrupt its operation.

8.2 You can report a vulnerability in the website to security@arnodiqa.com.

9. Liability

9.1 GoTrust is not liable for damage caused by the use of the website or by its temporary unavailability, except in the case of intent, fraud or gross fault, harm to the life or physical integrity of a person caused by GoTrust's fault, and to the extent mandatory law prohibits an exclusion.

9.2 For the Software and for purchases, the liability rules of the EULA and the General Terms of Sale apply.

10. Changes

GoTrust may change these terms of use. The version on the website at the time of your visit applies to that visit. A change does not affect an agreement already concluded.

11. Law and disputes

11.1 Belgian law applies.

11.2 The Enterprise Court of Ghent, Oudenaarde division, has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law designates another court.

11.3 These terms of use exist in Dutch and in English. If their meaning differs, the Dutch version prevails.
